The military does not have to sell adult magazines, says an appeals court. I agree. This is not a first amendment issue. It’s not an issue of banning naughty magazines and videos from being purchased by military personel. The law does not prohibit possession of such materials on military bases or buying them by mail or elsewhere. The issue here is about “selling” porn. I can think of a lot of other perfectly legal merchandise I’m glad is not sold on military bases.
