As a practice, I don’t blog magazine people news (too many revolving doors to keep up with). However, when the news is about a friend…and it’s good, I make exceptions. Like cheering the report from Min’s B2B that former Intertec CEO Cam Bishop has secured $50 million from JP Morgan Partners and, with his former CFO Dan Altman, will launch Ascend Media with strategic buys in healthcare, automotive and trucking, business services and broad-based technology markets.
Don’t do this at work because it is a complete waste of time — an interesting and funny waste, but still a waste: Googlefight.
