Custom publishing works: It will probably not come as a surprise that I’m a passionate believer in the power of a well conceived and executed custom magazine (or, as they say in the UK, customer magazine). I’m happy to report that the first of a series of five research studies into the benefits and effectiveness of custom publishing is being released today by the Custom Publishing Council, an organization I was lucky enough to help form a few years ago.
