Break-through business model: Wired is reporting that publishers of a new scientific journal, Public Library of Science Biology have made a dramatic new discovery that could revolutionize the whole scientific journal business, heck, the whole magazine publishing industry, if you ask me: They believe they’ve discovererd a way to make authors pay THEM to publish their work. These guys deserve a Nobel Prize if they can pull off this one.
