Bait and die: I’m only going to point to this story about readers subscribing to a magazine and then the magazine going out of business and what happens to those subscribers, especially if the owners start the magazine back up under a new ownership structure and try to get out of the previous subscription obligations on a legal technicality and fiscal reality. I’m choosing not to comment as I have a dog in this hunt.
