Martha Stewart seeks Tyco juror: Martha Stewart’s lawyers are reportedly seeking a new trial because it has been discovered that one of the first trial’s jurors lied when he claimed he had never gambled on Little League baseball games. According to news reports, the lawyers will also argue that it’s unfair their jury didn’t include someone like that “OK-lady” in the Tyco trial. If a new trial is granted, Stewart says she will replace her current lawyers with a legal team comprised of lawyers she saw on a commercial while watching the Jerry Springer show.
