Investigative blogalism

Investigative blogalism: It is no secret (understatement) that one of the only political issues I have ever addressed on this weblog regards my support of a provision of the Bush tax plan that encourages small business owners to speed-up capital investments in their businesses. Were it not for Nashville blogger Bill Hobbs, I would not know that my state’s governor (who has heretofore received high marks from me on most everything he’s done) is backing legislation that would, according to Bill, re-route to Tennessee’s tax coffers any savings a small business might gain from the federal tax provision. Bill is covering this issue like hot syrup on a Pancake Pantry breakfast, so I’ll just point over there and get back to my blog-silence. You go, Bill.
