   Since the publication was bound incorrectly, the printer is taking the heat for this one. The printer is having the nightmare, or was the employee in the bindery at 2 a.m. having the nightmare?

   I agree 100% Barbara. It was NOT the print production person’s fault. However, I’m sure that individual is not having a good day.
