Theme week: Yesterday this weblog posted two items about magazines wallowing in consumerism and cliched street pop culture. So, it seems appropriate that to today we blog the vaporzine announcement of the third attempt at Trump World, slated for a September launch.

    If it is any consolation, I got talked into using iDisk several months ago by my favorite computer guru, and I have only been able to back up to it once. After that, it has refused to erase a phantom file, and has rendered my iDisk account useless. My fave guru tells me it’s fixable but it’s not fixed yet. I’m trying not to do the math on how many months worth of iDisk usage [and the backups] I’ve lost in the meantime. Pray for no crashes on my 4+ year old computer.
