Other stuff people don’t understand

Well I will unabashedly say I too do not use hotel alarm clocks. In most cases I feel capable of figuring them out, but the learning curve — be it 30 seconds or 5 minutes — isn’t worth my time. I’m never going to use that particular clock again. I get two wakeup calls from the front desk. But I like Joe’s solution. I may get that clock.
