That’s billion, with a “b”: It doesn’t change my opposition to frivolous lawsuits, however, it’s hard for me NOT to grin when I read that a a spammer got stuck with a $11.2 billion judgement.

Wow! That is a heck of a fine. That is the economic equivalent of the death penalty.
