Did I miss something?

Did I miss something? This morning, Media Daily News included the following news brief:

“RODALE INC., PUBLISHER OF MAGAZINES including Good Housekeeping, Men’s Health, and Prevention, is planning to expand its brands with several new lines of products–including more videos and books and an expanded online presence.

While I don’t follow consumer magazine transactions, I think I would have noticed if Hearst sold one of its flagship brands, Good Housekeeping. So, that newsbrief does not carry the rexblog seal of approval yet.

Update: As the reference to Good Housekeeping has now been removed, it has my seal of approval. (Oh, and here is a screen grab of the earlier version.)
