I and a gazillion other bloggers and conversational-media types are pointing this morning to the video embedded below by a Kansas State University professor. It’s an excellent speed-lesson on “where are we now” as it relates to the web. I can’t tell (as I long ago drank the Kool-aid on this topic) how much inside knowledge one needs to have for this video to make sense. However I hope it’s like watching one of those “Lost Guide” programs that attepts to catch up potential new viewers on what’s taking place on the TV show Lost. No matter what, it’s a great piece of work. Too bad he had to use the term “Web 2.0.” Enjoy:

I’m fascinated and I think I could watch this over and over, even if I don’t really understand all of it.

I agree. It’s mesmerizing — and like Lost, it doesn’t matter if you don’t understand it all. It’s a wonderful piece of video storytelling.
