I’ll leave it to media transaction pundits to analyze the joint venture formed by Learfield Communications and Meredith related to the brand, Living the Country Life. I just wanted to note that I’m impressed whenever I learn that a demographic I didn’t know existed has a name I have never heard before: ruralpolitans. Apparently, a ruralpolitan is someone with an above average annual household income who lives on 3 or more acres. While I know several ruralpolitans, I didn’t realize they were a demographic.
