Rivals.com is not the only local tech company being gobbled up these days. According to this press release, LexisNexis today announced it has acquired Nashville-based Juris, Inc., “the leading provider of time, billing, and accounting software for mid-sized law firms.” (Bicycling enthusiasts will know also that the company prints its logo on lots of spandex.)
