Technorati’s early (or late) April Fools prank

While this blog is usually “ranked” on Technorati at about 10,000, today it’s numereo uno. (Ranking on Technorati is based on the number of separate websites that link to a specific blog — a metric termed “authority” on the blog-search service. If you read this blog with any regularity, you’ll know my opinion on such “rankings.”) The current ego-boost is courtesy of a bug that makes every blog #1 today. Don’t know how long it will last, so go record a screen grab of your blog’s ranking.
