		<description>Well said Rex. Newspapers are in the communication business, not the newspaper business. Those who understand this and try to change how and where that conversation takes place will survive.  The new reality is not the same product just using computers. It is a fundamental change in how media is produced, how it is consumed, and in the business models of the media companies that engage consumers.  Propping up the old system to avoid the new reality is not the solution. Creating a new future that allows journalists to independently fulfill their watchdog role and engage consumers is what we need now more than ever.</description>
