		<description>I&#039;m not sure if we have the 10,000 hours :-)  But we&#039;ve been in the field for over five years and do work for some of the biggest brands.  While personal use/understanding of the tools is a requirement, it&#039;s not enough anymore to use your own work or your firms own social media efforts as work experience.

The next few years will be all about separating those that talk from those that do.</description>
