Magcloud&#039;s &quot;how it works&quot; indicates that it may take 2 weeks for the publisher to receive proofs. Did Derek skip the proofs? [Update: I missed Derek&#039;s link below. His description implies that he proofed it directly, w/o a cycle through magcloud.]</description>
