A new magazine business model? Is this a trend story in the making? Please, tell me ‘no.’ But, let’s say your magazine is having some, er, financial difficulty. To raise money, ask Bruce Springsteen to do a couple of benefit concerts. What’s that? The Boss isn’t available? What about Buffalo Nickle or the Orange Four? Tickets for the Springsteen concerts are $100 and $500. Tickets to hear Buffalo Creek & friends are $2, plus there’s a $2 raffle.
