  1. I would add that ‘sucks so badly’ is quite a statement. I read Godin’s article as a marvelous gift to those at Apple for suggestions on how to improve customer service. Now, I’ll judge Apple harshly if suggestions like Godin’s are ignored. I’d add something here about visiting a Dell store for product help and service but I digress ๐Ÿ™‚
